Jordan Mathies is a Registered Veterinary Technician with over eight years of hands-on experience in veterinary anesthesia, surgery, emergency medicine, and ICU care across some of the region’s leading specialty care. She founded Saint Barks because she believes pet care should be held to the same standard she’s practiced in the operating room: precise, compassionate, and deeply personal.
